Minimum Quality Standards for agricultural seed (including lawn seed)
Seed with any of the following conditions may not be sold.
- Germination that is less than 60%.
- The presence of more than 2% weed seed.
- The presence of noxious weed seeds greater than the number indicated on this chart.
- The presence of any combination of noxious weed seeds whose sum is greater than 480 seeds per pound.
