These species are not allowed in seed lots sold in Kentucky because these weeds are highly destructive and difficult to control. There are no exceptions to this rule.

These weed seeds are objectionable in Kentucky, but can be controlled using conventional methods.
Seed lots which excede the number allowed per pound or contain more than a sum total of 480 noxious weed seed per pound cannot be sold in Kentucky.
