The Kentucky Commercial Feed Law and Regulations requires firms distributing commercial animal and customer formula feeds in Kentucky to pay an inspection fee of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per ton for commercial animal feeds sold in a packaging size in excess of 10 lbs.
