Mail your completed application(s) with your license fee to the address on the form.
Once your application has been accepted you will be sent a license (usually via email).
Renewals are distributed at the end of each calendar year.

The fee for most license combinations is $25. However, if you are required to obtain both an Agricultural Seed Labeler & a Vegetable, Flower, or Combination mulch, seed and fertilizer Labeler permit the fee is $50.
