License requirements: You need a Permit to Label Agricultural Seed
Label requirements: All the seed you distribute into Kentucky should carry labels with your company name. Alternately, you may take responsibility for your supplier's label by applying a "distributed by" label.
Responsibilities: As an Agricultural Labeler you are responsible for ensuring all seed distributed in Kentucky is properly labeled, meets the requirement of the Kentucky Seed Law and that Seed Semiannual Tonnage Reports are submitted, even if no seed was sold.
