Kentucky's Noxious Weeds

The presence of any noxious weed seed is required to be listed on the label.

These species are not
allowed in seed lots sold in KY because these weeds are highly destructive and difficult to control. There are no exceptions
to this rule.

Restricted Noxious Weed Seed
These weed seeds are objectionable in Kentucky, but can be controlled using conventional methods.  There are tolerances applied to how many of these seeds can be present in a pound of seed:

Seed lots which excede the number allowed per pound or contain more than a sum total of 480 noxious weed seed per pound cannot be sold in Kentucky.
