Payment Information: It is not necessary to send payment with your sample. You will be billed the appropriate amount after the requested tests are complete. Bills are generated and mailed from our office at the beginning of each month.
Free Test: Any Kentucky citizen may submit one seed sample per year for a complete test provided the sample is accompanied by the signed statement: "I certify that I have not previously submitted a sample for a free test during the current calendar year."
