Annual free test for Kentucky citizens

Any Kentucky citizen may submit one seed sample per year for a complete test. A complete test consists of a purity test, a noxious weed seed exam (for Kentucky only), and a germination test.  If you would like to take advantage of this provision of the Kentucky Seed Law, please complete and submit both of these forms with your seed sample. Free Test and Sample Submittal.
