Since early 2006, researchers at the UK College of Agriculture having been leading the development efforts on a DHS funded project to food protection related to bulk milk transportation.  Here you can find out about how the bulk milk transport security system functions and how it can enhance food protection while improving operation efficiencies for the dairy industry.

Recent News
Milk Transport Security and Traceability Demonstration a Big Success!

On October 9th, the College of Agriculture hosted a demonstration of the Milk Transport Security and Traceability System at the Fayette County Cooperative Extension Office in Lexington.  The event was attended by over 150 people from 25 different states and provinces. Click here to read more about the event.
