As a part of the Kentucky Agricultural Experiment Station in the UK College of Agriculture, our division administers regulatory programs for feed, fertilizer, milk, and seed. Each program is managed in light of current laws and regulations to protect users and producers and protect the agribusiness community from potential unscrupulous competition. Regulatory Services is also home to Kentucky's testing laboratories for seed and soil.
